Cognitive Behavioural TherapyThis is a modern "course" which some people find very helpful.
It is useful in many ways. One of which is to help you to recognise the "voice of depression" and manage negative thoughts. Even learn to be kinder to yourself to let yourself off the hook sometimes. I did a live course with other sufferers and found it very helpful in many ways, not least of which was simply to meet others and understand I was not alone in suffering this way.
